With over 25 years of experience working in the Capital District as an IT Recruiter, she has hired and placed thousands of IT professionals in great fitting roles.  Her success comes from using her listening skills to learn about what matters most to the job seeker.  She has an open and honest approach when working with each job seeker and values forming long term relationships. Throughout her career, people continue to reach out to her when they are ready for a job move and many times has successfully found new positions for them.

When not working, Donna spends time volunteering for Community Hospice, spending time with her foster-grandkids and babysitting her daughter’s green cheek parrot.  She also paints and designs children’s rocking chairs.
